This Privacy Policy explains how ZeeAlpha Tech (“we”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit 9Assist websites, create an account, buy a license, or contact support. It is written for customers, payment partners, and data-protection expectations typical of banks and card schemes.
Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
Order and license data: plans purchased, amounts, currency, payment status, license keys, seat use, and related timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs used for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and diagnosing faults.
Support data: messages you send via email, WhatsApp, or other channels you choose.
Shop POS data (products, sales, customers on your machines) is stored on your computers and is not uploaded to us unless you use an optional cloud feature you enable (for example a backup add-on).
We use personal data to create and administer your account; issue, renew, and validate licenses; process payments and prevent fraud; provide support; meet legal, tax, and accounting duties; and improve the reliability of the Service.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
Card and bank payments are handled by the payment provider you select at checkout. We receive confirmation of payment status and an order reference. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. The provider’s own privacy notice applies to data they process as an independent controller or processor.
We share data only with: payment processors and banks as needed to complete a transaction; infrastructure providers that host this website; professional advisers under confidentiality; and authorities when required by law. Approved resellers see only information needed to serve their own customers’ orders.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a further period required for tax, dispute, and anti-fraud obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited period. You may ask us to close an account; we may retain records we are legally required to keep.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, or object to certain processing. Contact support@example.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS in production), hashed passwords, and access controls on the license server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
