These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 9Assist, the related license-server website, and any paid licenses or add-ons (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by ZeeAlpha Tech (“we”, “us”).
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using 9Assist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
9Assist is desktop point-of-sale software for retail and restaurant businesses. A license is a digital product: after payment we issue a license key and related entitlements. Delivery is electronic. There is no physical shipment.
Each license includes a stated number of device seats, a term (or lifetime, if purchased), and any optional add-ons you buy. Offline use after activation is described in the product documentation; activation and periodic revalidation may require an internet connection.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@example.com if you believe your account has been misused.
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are calculated on our servers from the published plan catalog. Taxes, bank fees, or payment-provider charges may apply according to your bank or the processor. Orders are recorded against your account. Paid licenses and add-ons are subject to our Refund Policy.
You may use 9Assist only for lawful business operations. You must not reverse-engineer, pirate, or resell licenses except as an approved reseller; attempt to bypass licensing, seats, or usage limits; interfere with the Service or other customers; or use the Service for fraud, illegal goods, or money laundering.
We may suspend or revoke a license or account where we reasonably believe these Terms, payment rules, or applicable law have been violated.
Sales, inventory, and other shop data you enter in 9Assist on your own computers remain your data. We process account, order, and license data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backups of data stored on your devices.
9Assist, its branding, and related materials are owned by ZeeAlpha Tech or its licensors. A paid license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your business for the purchased term and seat count. We do not sell you the software itself.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the software will meet every local regulatory requirement for your industry. You remain responsible for how you use 9Assist in your shop, including receipts, taxes, and records.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeeAlpha Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data). Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the license or add-on giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
